They are reliable and efficient and through this contract Liverpool City council disposes of redundant IT in a cost effective way and at the same time complies with the relevant legislation."

"In summary the DTI refreshed 800 PC's and monitors to its sites throughout the UK in February and March of this year. I contacted CDL in January and once I had provided an overview of the project, I received a comprehensive proposal from CDL within 3 days, detailing all aspects of the project from logistics scheduling through to erasing of hard drives. There were a number of changes throughout the schedule and I found CDL to be extremely flexible and helpful in assisting me in meeting the revised schedules, often at short notice. The response from the branches to CDL's customer satisfaction questionnaire was very positive, citing your staff as punctual, courteous and efficient on site. Upon completion I was issued with a comprehensive asset report and certification for all hard drives that were data erased and an audit trail for every item of equipment. In summary I was very satisfied with the service provided by CDL and would have no hesitation in using you again or recommending you to other potential clients."
