Logistics
All collections are carried out by CDL uniformed staff using CDL vehicles. We will collect equipment when it suits you at a pre-agreed time, even out of hours from any location within the UK. CDL does not sub-contract any collections to third parties.
We will always aim to give an exact time for collection as opposed to the industry standard "AM or PM". Our engineers are issued with mobile phones and in the event of any delay or unforeseen issue will notify the customer immediately.
All CDL vehicles are equipped with satellite tracking devices and monitored 24 hours per day. Our vehicles are issued with appropriate IT equipment cages and packaging to ensure safe transit and limit possible damage to sensitive IT equipment. For particularly sensitive applications, air suspended vehicles are available on request.
